Charles Binkelman
Mr. Binkelman, who has worked in risk management related processes since the 1980s, is a former certified public accountant, auditor of information systems and member of the auditing and consulting divisions of an international certified public accounting firm. His experience includes enterprise planning, banking mergers / acquisitions, enterprise risk management implementations / reviews and evaluation of information technology risks.
Eugene Eskildsen
Mr. Eskildsen has provided consulting services to financial entities in the area of risk management since 1966. He is a certified Risk Consultant and worked extensively with stockbrokers, real estate mortgage banks, commercial and international banks as well as with brokers and insurance underwriters in the evaluation of risks related to Bankers Blanket Bond, Directors and Officers Liability, Commercial Crime and Professional Indemnity insurance coverages.
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR
James Stewart
Mr. Stewart has worked in financial services risk management for 30 years. He has built and led group risk functions in two financial institutions, and introduced an enterprise risk management framework through which the Board's risk appetite and tolerance were integrated with risk measurement systems to directly influenced behavior, reporting and performance. As a consultant, Mr. Stewart has managed engagements for approximately 300 financial services firms, often on behalf of Underwriters at Lloyd’s or other prominent insurers.
