His experience includes enterprise planning, banking mergers / acquisitions and evaluation of information technology risks.

Gene Eskildsen

Mr. Eskildsen has provided consulting services to financial entities in the area of risk management since 1966. He is a certified Risk Consultant and worked extensively with stockbrokers, real estate mortgage banks, commercial and international banks as well as with brokers and insurance underwriters in the evaluation of risks related to Bankers Blanket Bond, Directors and Officers Liability, Commercial Crime and Professional Indemnity insurance coverages.
