Enterprise Risk Management Seminar
An overview of Enterprise Risk Management challenges, "best practices" for the underlying functions and guidance on implementing Enterprise Risk Management (integrated Credit, Market and Operational Risk Management Functions) in your organization. Typical delivery time - 4 hours (or a full-day session with round table discussions on meeting implementation challenges in the afternoon).

Cheque Fraud Prevention
Detailed discussion about the methods and techniques used in cheque fraud scams together with real-life examples of how they work, losses sustained ... and can be prevented. Typical delivery time - 4 hours. Materials are available in both English and Spanish.

Electronic Funds Transfers Risks and Controls Seminar
An overview of: (a) general risks and threats inherent in data communications systems (and therefore all electronic funds transfer systems) and (b) general remedies available as countermeasures. Specific risks, threats and remedies are discussed in more detail for:

• Telephone Banking Systems
• Personal Computer Banking Systems
• Internet Banking Systems
  Typical delivery time – 4 hours. Materials are available in both English and Spanish.

1. Risk Management Philosophy and Methods (Module 1): An introduction to risk management methods and techniques together with practical solutions to typical risk management problems.

2. Fidelity Coverage (Module 2): An overview of a "standard" Bankers Blanket Bonds policy and the coverage's provided. Discussions and examples of the idiosyncratic features of coverages of this type.

3. Directors and Officers Liabilities (Module 3): An overview of typical Directors & Officers Liability insurance coverage and the uses for insurance of this type.

Typical delivery time; Module 1 - 3 hours, Module 2 – 2.5 hours, Module 3 – 1.5 hours. Modules can be delivered independently, but using Module 1 with either Modules 2 or 3 is recommended.

Workplace Technology and Computer Crime Seminar
Popularly deployed technologies in the workplace are discussed together with their potential use in computer crimes. These include techniques to control and manage:

• Electronic Data Interchange (EDI)
• Image Processing
• Local, Wide and Value-added Networks
